Common Questions

How do I add my API key?

Open the canvas, click Settings (gear icon) in the toolbar, then go to the API Keys tab. You can add keys for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and other providers.

Is my data private?

Yes. Without an account, all data stays in your browser. With an account, data is synced to a secured database with Row-Level Security. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Can I self-host?

Yes. Cognograph is AGPL-3.0 licensed. Clone the repo, configure your own Supabase instance and AI provider keys, and run it anywhere. The desktop app works fully offline.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Account → Manage Subscription. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. See the Refund Policy.
